SML Health and Safety Services: The Process

Below you can see the process for our health and safety services:

We will contact you within one business day of initial enquiry to arrange a face-to-face meeting Step one

One of our specialist Health and Safety consultants - not a sales person - will visit your location to discuss your requirements so we can understand exactly which services your business requires Step two

If required, we can and will take the time to revisit your site - for example to meet key people, to see specific processes in action or to gather additional information. Step three

We will send you a proposal specific to your individual business, within three working days of our last visit for you to approve Step four

Once our proposal is agreed, we will arrange a program of work with you and your management team and start delivering health and safety services Step five

We will review our delivery and your ongoing health and safety requirements at agreed stages throughout our contract Step six
