Step 1.

We commit to responding to any initial inquiry within one business day to arrange a face-to-face or video call meeting.

Step 2.

One of our specialist consultants – not a salesperson – will visit your location at a time of your choosing to discuss your requirements, meet your key people, witness specific processes in action and gather any additional information required to develop a detailed proposal.

Step 3.

Within three working days of our site visit, SML will send you a personalised proposal specific to your individual business requirements for your consideration.

Step 4.

Once the proposal is signed off, we will scope a program of work with you and your management team prior to initiating your bespoke health and safety project.

Step 5.

At agreed stages throughout the project, together we will review project delivery progress and review its impact on any other health and safety regulations.

Step 6.

Upon successful completion of the project you can retain the services of SML as your ongoing health and safety partners or you can continue to use SML’s services on an ad hoc basis whenever you feel we are required.
