Keoghs LLP
This case involved a large supermarket & owner being charged with numerous health and safety offences. SML’s evidence showed that the vast majority of the charges were spurious and incorrect which resulted in the prosecution dropping all of the charges against the individual and the majority of the charges against the Company. This resulted in a very significantly reduced fine in the magistrates court.
